SOME (So Others Might Eat) is a DC-based non-profit that helps the poor and homeless living in the nation's capital, working to provide for their daily needs — including food, clothing, and healthcare. VETSports is a community organization that facilitates combat veterans' reintegration into their communities by giving them continued access to community service, events, and partnership opportunities. An active relationship with a community through sports and physical activity has been shown to improve each veteran's physical, mental, and emotional health.
