Flock Safety's Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system is a trusted tool for public safety teams and homeowner associations alike. The ALPR system pairs secure image-capture technology with a proprietary machine learning algorithm that identifies vehicle fingerprints such as license plates, vehicle type, and color. The tool can read license plates on cars traveling up to 75 MPH, during both day and night, at distances up to 75 feet. Captured footage is retrievable from the cloud via desktop or mobile devices, with strong privacy-protection measures guarding the data.
