We are officially 16 years old today!
We would like to take this opportunity to express our great appreciation to the many current and past team members, and to all the fantastic customers we have had the privilege to work for and continue to serve. This has been a transformative year, as we launched two new product platforms built on the last 15 years' worth of experience working hand-in-hand with our customers, who have given us tremendous encouragement and guidance.
The NLT team continues to thrive, and we are thankful for yet another year. We continue to work for some of the same customers we had 10 and 15 years ago — helping them deliver their missions at the highest levels possible — while continuing to attract new customers encouraged by our track record. We have also transformed our back-office operations to meet the evolving business environment, remaining a nimble company while maintaining our customer- and team-member-centric focus.
We look forward to another 16 years engaging both longtime and new customers.
